Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking passionate TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, while building local relationships and expanding the client base. You will engage with the community, deliver accurate tax solutions, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax license (EA/CPA/attorney) with tax prep experience.
• PTIN is held as required to file taxes.
• Must hold or be able to obtain state licenses/certificates/bonds.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and attract new clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professional, proactive service.
• Build long-term relationships and leverage marketing resources to grow the client base.
