Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, while building a local client base and trusted relationships within the community. The role emphasizes delivering accurate tax solutions, enhancing customer experience, and contributing to Intuit’s mission of powering prosperity.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• PTIN must be active to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location and able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax in your locale.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services to clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
