Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building relationships in the local community.

Roles are on-site, non-exempt, with a focus on growing the client base and delivering best-in-class customer experiences. A valid EA/CPA/attorney license and PTIN are required, with weekends and 20+ hours weekly possible.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Must have PTIN for filing taxes.
• Onsite work at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, weekends may be required.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040 returns with professional software.
• Experience with tax advisory beyond filing is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Complete tax returns for simple to complex situations and optimize deductions.
• Conduct discovery sessions for deductions and future tax planning.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
