Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, providing tax preparation and advisory services to in-person customers. You’ll leverage your tax knowledge and customer service skills to grow the local client base and deliver a positive financial outcome for clients and the community.

As a Retail Expert, you’ll operate in a non-exempt, on-site role, collaborating with a team and utilizing Intuit tools to offer personalized

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship locations, Sundays–Saturdays, ≥20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador representing TurboTax locally, engaging new prospects and converting leads into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and proactive community engagement.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit’s video tools; address inquiries and guide tax planning.
