Job summary

Intuit Inc. in the United States is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations, delivering tax expertise and community services to help customers with their tax needs.

As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, build local client relationships, and grow the TurboTax business while delivering an exceptional, personalized customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active license (EA/CPA) or attorney with tax expertise is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on tax preparation experience.
• Ability to educate clients on tax concepts in plain language.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax reviews and identify deductions, planning opportunities, and tax savings for clients.
• Build local client relationships and grow TurboTax business in the community.
• Assist customers in-person using TurboTax products and offer software support.
