Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will deliver full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and product support to in-person customers, helping them navigate tax needs with personalized guidance.

You’ll grow the local client base, leverage TurboTax marketing support, and maintain a front-facing role in a busy retail environment. This role emphasizes community engagement, relationships, and customer trust.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
Must have PTIN to file taxes.
Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Onsite availability at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
Willingness to build local/online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.
