Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate tax needs and empowering financial outcomes while representing Intuit’s mission. As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you’ll provide hands-on tax return preparation and advice, grow the local client base, and deliver a superior customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid income tax return preparation experience (30+ returns).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours weekly.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual EN/ES is a plus; holistically oriented tax advisory experience is valued.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and represent TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the local client base, nurture leads, and build long-term relationships.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via TurboTax tools.
• Assist customers with tax planning, deductions, and refunds, and answer inquiries.
