Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax - Retail Experts to serve on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, providing hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support in-person.

You will engage with local communities, attract new clients, and build long-term relationships while delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning advice.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and a focus on long-term client relationships.
