Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll combine tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs and build a local client base.

You’ll provide in-person tax return preparation, advice, and software support, while growing relationships, delivering a high-touch customer experience, and representing TurboTax in your community with a professional uniform.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax filing experience (30+ returns per season) using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week; weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan for the future.
• Grow the local client base and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
