Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks proactive TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide, assisting customers with tax needs and providing full-service tax preparation.

You will build local client relationships, engage in community outreach, and collaborate with a team of tax professionals to offer accurate solutions. This non-exempt, on-site role includes growth opportunities and competitive benefits, helping families prosper in their community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses or permits as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation with 30+ returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Represent TurboTax locally as a friendly, knowledgeable ambassador.
