Intuit Inc. invites you to join our TurboTax Retail team as a Retail Expert, working on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will apply tax expertise to provide in-person returns, advice, and software support while building trust with customers.

The role emphasizes community engagement, prospecting, and turning clients into long-term relationships, with marketing support and a strong pay-for-performance rewards program.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license; strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Have an active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, 20+ hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help grow client relationships in-store and online.
