Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will be a trusted advisor helping customers navigate tax needs and empower them to achieve positive financial outcomes. As a Retail Expert, you will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, grow the client base through local outreach, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes (active).
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and advise on tax returns for clients.
• Provide tax planning recommendations and software support.
• Grow client base through local community outreach.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a retail setting.
