Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at on-site locations nationwide.

This role emphasizes tax expertise, community engagement, and customer service in a retail setting. You will provide in-person tax return preparation and advice using TurboTax products, support local client growth, and help customers navigate complex tax situations while delivering a best-in-class experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must hold PTIN to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Onsite work at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations, Sunday through Saturday, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via TurboTax tools and services.
• Assist with local marketing outreach to promote TurboTax in the community.
