Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to deliver in-person tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will advise customers, prepare returns, and help maximize refunds while building lasting community relationships. The role requires active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney), PTIN, 3+ years of filing experience, and willingness to work onsite 20+ hours weekly, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiar with Circular 230 and tax rules applicable in retail settings.
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship locations, 20+ hrs/week, weekends possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and tax preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
• Engage with the local community and participate in marketing activities to grow client base.
• Work onsite in a front-facing retail environment and use Intuit tools for service delivery.
