Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging customers in-person and building lasting financial relationships. You will attract new clients, grow the local TurboTax client base, and leverage marketing support to deliver accessible tax guidance within the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney licenses preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working on-site 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience, explaining tax concepts clearly and building trust with clients.
