Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will deliver in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, acting as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes. You will grow the local client base, participate in local marketing, and build long-term relationships while representing TurboTax in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including personal and business returns.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help build long-term client relationships.
