Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at a Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to customers while building relationships in the local community. This year-round, non-exempt role emphasizes expert tax knowledge, customer service, and a proactive community presence.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney license required.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as applicable.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and onsite retail work 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and referrals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
