Intuit is seeking year‑round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll combine tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs while supporting Intuit’s mission of powering prosperity.

As part of a collaborative team, you will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the local TurboTax ambassador, engaging with prospects and turning interest into long‑term clients.
• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and personalized support in person at a TurboTax location.
