Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts, delivering tax expertise in local communities while building lasting client relationships.

As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States, with a focus on customer-centric service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN active as required by law to file taxes.
• Must have or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions, optimize taxes, and plan ahead.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person at a TurboTax location.
