Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts who will work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice to in-person customers, leveraging your tax expertise to tailor solutions for each client. You will also grow TurboTax’s local client base and foster long-term relationships, supported by marketing and software tools, while wearing a TurboTax uniform and serving in a front-facing retail

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, handling varied tax scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to optimize deductions and refunds and offer planning advice.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government sites, tools, and team expertise.
• Build long-term client relationships and grow TurboTax’s local client base.
