Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax return prep, tax advice, and software support, acting as a trusted advisor to help customers navigate their tax needs. You’ll grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience with marketing support and access to TurboTax tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with simple to complex tax situations and deductions optimization.
• Grow TurboTax client base by engaging with the local community.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
