Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist on-site with tax preparation and client consultations at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will build lasting relationships, deliver accurate tax services, and use TurboTax tools to maximize refunds while guiding customers with clear, friendly language. Collaborate with a local team, participate in community outreach, and contribute to a positive, high‑service shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney license and PTIN required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location 20+ hours per week, including weekends.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Be the proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally, engaging with prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, covering personal and business tax issues.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by combining professionalism with a focus on helping clients achieve financial goals.
