Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes community presence, proactive outreach, and collaboration with TurboTax marketing resources to build a thriving practice within the local market.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain relevant state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum 3+ years preparing 1040s (30+ per season) using professional software.
• Familiar with Circular 230 and onsite retail work.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location.
• Lead discovery sessions, review deductions, and offer future tax planning guidance.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build local client relationships.
• Participate in local marketing and community outreach with TurboTax support.
