Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving customers in person and building local client relationships.

You will act as a proactive community ambassador, growing the TurboTax client base and delivering exceptional service while leveraging Intuit marketing support and tools to help customers navigate tax situations.

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
  • PTIN active to file taxes.
  • Onsite work at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations.
  • Legal ability to obtain state licenses or bonds as needed.
  • 3+ years of paid tax returns experience with software.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and future planning.
  • Deliver top-tier customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
  • Engage in local marketing and community outreach to grow client base.
