Job summary

Intuit invites qualified TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site team at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. You will deliver full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with local clients to grow the customer base.

You will work in a collaborative environment, using TurboTax resources to craft personalized tax solutions and foster long-term relationships with clients in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred with strong tax preparation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Be the local TurboTax ambassador, engaging with prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building trust and helping clients achieve financial goals.
