Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and actively sell products in-store. You’ll use fashion knowledge to inform customers and support garment care and store presentation, working with the team to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through trends, promoting the loyalty app, and helping achieve sales targets while maintaining a tidy, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in fashion, retail or service-related industries.
• Sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Communicative, creative and curious, motivated, flexible, decisive and action-oriented.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and omni experience where available.
• Promote and sell products to customers.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service.
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store.
• Promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
• Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management.
