Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, welcome and guide customers, and actively sell products using strong fashion knowledge. You will help with garment care, visual presentation, and keep the store tidy, working closely with the team for an exceptional customer experience.

You will promote the loyalty program and sustainability initiatives, engage customers to maximize sales, and support store operations to reach targets consistent with H&M standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in fashion, retail or service industries.
• Ability to engage with customers and promote products.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support store targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store experience.
• Promote products and sales through omni-channel channels where available.
• Represent the H&M brand positively in customer interactions and maintain visual standards.
• Support with stock replenishment and garment care to keep the floor presentable.
