Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service and guide customers through the store experience. You will use fashion knowledge to inform customers, promote our products, and support store operations including garment care, merchandising, and omni-channel services.

You will participate in onboarding and training to develop your service, fashion, and store operations skills and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in fashion, retail or service-related industries.
• Able to engage with customers and promote products.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store.
• Promote and sell products, support loyalty app and sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain clean, tidy sales floor and back of house and assist with stock and visual presentation.
• Support opening and closing of the store and follow health & safety guidelines.
