Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to provide outstanding customer service, guide customers through the store, and actively sell our fashion products. You will use your fashion knowledge to share information and support customers with loyalty initiatives and store experiences.

You will help with garment care, presentation, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor and back of house. The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
