Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service and actively sell products in-store. You will welcome customers, share fashion knowledge, and guide them through our OMNI experience where available.

You’ll also help with garment care, store presentation, and back-of-house tasks to maintain an exceptional shopping environment. The role emphasizes customer engagement, teamwork, and brand representation while supporting sales targets and store operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in fashion, retail or other service-related industries.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Interest in fashion and ability to guide customers through trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store experience.
• Promote and sell products while representing the H&M brand positively.
• Engage with customers, discuss fashion trends, and help with loyalty program information.
• Maintain store presentation, assist with stock and floor replenishment as needed.
• Support with opening/closing routines and adherence to store procedures.
