Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to provide outstanding customer service, greet and guide customers, and actively sell our products. You will use fashion knowledge to inform customers and support garment care, presentation and store cleanliness.

You’ll collaborate with the store team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will engage customers, promote the Hello Member loyalty app, and help hit sales targets while maintaining compliance and a neat store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fashion and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store.
• Promote products and engage customers with fashion trends.
• Support in store operations and visual merchandising.
• Assist with opening/closing and stock replenishment.
• Maintain clean, tidy sales floor and back of house.
• Promote loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
