Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita and more to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock while engaging with store staff and shoppers.

Role involves visiting multiple local stores, ordering stock via iPad and Salesforce, and executing RTM plans. Strong customer service and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude with ability to work independently.
• Must drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, 25+ lbs; up to 50+ lbs).
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Harrisonburg, VA; secondary locations Elkton, VA and Luray, VA.
• Schedule availability: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits per DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions; use Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
