Mondelez International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to manage in-store execution for iconic brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will stock shelves, implement displays, and place product orders to ensure items are in stock and properly presented.

You’ll build strong retailer relationships, follow RTM plans, and support seasonal launches. The role requires physical activity, a valid driver’s license, and a drive-time focused schedule in

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Roswell, NM; Artesia, NM as secondary location.
• Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday; 5 am start.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily and capture display photos using DMI/Salesforce.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support in-store visibility.
• Place orders via iPad to maintain stock for shelves and displays.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure alignment with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to the RTM and management.
