Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to lead in-store execution for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll stock shelves, build displays, take photos, and place orders to ensure products are in stock and visible.

You will visit multiple stores, foster strong retailer relationships, and support promotions and product launches while adhering to RTM plans and quality standards.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued in your state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to drive own vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
• Physical role: lifting, bending, and moving product; may require lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positive attitude.
• Serve store teams and shoppers with outstanding customer service.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Perform work safely, including lifting and moving products.
