Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita and more to life in stores nationwide. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock, while representing the company with professionalism and strong customer service.

You will travel to multiple store locations, perform lifting as needed, and work a 40-hour week with early start times. Benefits include company 401k and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which you reside.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Must be able to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional up to 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Omaha, NE; secondary location Fremont, NE.
• Schedule availability: Monday–Saturday; start time 06:00–08:00 AM; 40 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos using DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel and management.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and align with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and events.
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and comply with physical requirements of the role.
