Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in stores. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are always in stock.

You’ll work on in-store execution, manage orders via iPad, and follow RTM plans, while engaging store teams and shoppers with professional service and strong relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 with valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move product.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Victoria, TX; secondary location Rockport, TX.

Responsabilités

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism as the face of the brands.
• Conduct daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Place orders via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow daily schedules set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe and perform required physical tasks.
