Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring iconic snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You’ll build displays, stock shelves, and ensure products are available where customers expect them, while delivering exceptional service to store teams and shoppers.

You will travel to assigned stores, follow RTM plans, and use mobile tools to place orders and capture photos.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license in your state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or obtain GED while gaining skills.
• 1–3 years of retail or consumer goods experience preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to store locations.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs on occasions.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Burlington, VT; secondary locations in St. Albans & Williston.
• Schedule availability: off Wednesday and Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily, capture displays, and follow digital merchandising processes.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Place orders via iPad and Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and schedules.
• Communicate store insights to RTM and management.
• Handle physical tasks safely, including lifting and moving products.
