Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are always in stock while engaging store teams and shoppers with a professional attitude.

You’ll visit multiple local stores, manage in-stock conditions via iPad and Salesforce, and support seasonal launches and promotions in a fast-paced field role.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the resident state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive own vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional moving of products.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the biscuit aisle.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
