Job summary

Mondelēz International is looking for a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in stores. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are readily available while delivering exceptional service to store teams and shoppers.

You will visit stores daily, capture display photos, place orders via iPad, and follow RTM plans to maximize visibility.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs.
Willing to drive to multiple store locations within 25–35 miles of Stockbridge, GA.
Retail/grocery experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI.
Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage among the retail team.
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
Communicate store-level insights to your RTM and management team.
Stay Safe & Compliant, including lifting and moving product.
