Job summary

Mondelez International seeks a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to energize in-store displays and maintain stock for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll visit retailers, place orders via iPad, capture display photos, and work with RTMs to execute plans.

You’ll build relationships with store teams, support seasonal launches, and ensure products are visually compelling and available, driving shopper engagement and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which you reside.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn your GED while gaining the skills
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
• Positive, professional attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed)
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs; push/pull up to 50 lbs
• Live within 25–35 miles of Lancaster, PA; secondary locations Elizabethtown & Quarryville
• Schedule: Four days a week and one weekend day required

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence as the face of iconic brands
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture photos via DMI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility
• Order product via iPad to keep shelf and display in-stock using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management
• Stay safe and compliant: lift, bend, and move products as needed
