Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will build relationships, stock shelves, and execute displays to ensure products are perfectly placed and readily available for shoppers.

You will visit multiple stores, take display photos, and place orders via iPad using Salesforce, while supporting seasonal launches and promotions.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with valid ID or passport to access federal facilities.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Driver’s license with vehicle insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store professionally to store teams and shoppers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service on the shop floor.
• Execute daily store visits following merchandising standards and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelves and displays using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Adhere to safety standards; perform physical tasks as required.
