Job summary

Mondelēz International in Methuen, MA is hiring Part-Time Merchandisers to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit.

As a Retail Merchandiser you’ll follow Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, visit stores on planned routes, capture display photos, and maintain brand standards while delivering friendly service to store teams and shoppers.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license for the resident state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; GEDEarnable while gaining skills.
• 1–3 years experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance to multiple locations.
• Physical ability to lift and move product up to 25 lbs, sometimes 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute merchandising plans, capture display photos, and follow DSD principles.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards.
• Support promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM via Salesforce.
• Stay physically active, lifting and moving products as needed.
