Mondelēz International is seeking Part-Time Merchandisers to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more. This in-store role offers flexibility and hands-on impact, with duties including stocking, display setup, and data capture for store teams and RTMs.

You will travel to Hudson, MA area stores, lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally more.

• Digital readiness: comfortable using mobile tools to follow schedules and capture displays.

• Physical readiness: able to lift, bend, and move product during the day.
• Time and task management: stay organized across visits and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding service.
• Execute store visits per DSD Merchandising Principles and capture photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store staff to support execution.
• Stock shelves and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and comply with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant, lifting and moving product as needed.
