Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring popular brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in stores. You will stock shelves, set displays, and place orders via iPad, while building strong relationships with store teams and customers.

You will travel to multiple store locations in the Queen Creek area, perform lifting and other physical tasks, and support seasonal launches.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.
• Must perform physical activities including lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Queen Creek, AZ; secondary locations in San Tan Valley, AZ.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays; start by 6 am.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Mondelēz, delivering excellent customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelves and displays using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to the RTM and management team.
• Stay Safe & Compliant; perform physical tasks including lifting and moving products.
