Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser in Englewood, CO to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, and other brands.

You’ll visit stores, ensure product visibility, and maintain brand standards with a friendly, professional approach. The role requires a valid ID, a vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, with up to 25 hours per week and early start times.

Qualifications

• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 and have valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and brand visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM via Salesforce.
• Stay Safe and compliant, handling physical tasks involved in merchandising.
