Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks to life in-store, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring products are readily available for shoppers.

This role requires engaging with store teams, driving brand visibility, and using an iPad to place orders while following Mondelēz standards and safety guidelines. It offers a path for growth within a globally recognized snacks company.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license from your state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSI/Mondelēz standards and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Place orders via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and comply with physical nature of the role (lifting, bending, moving product).
