Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to represent iconic brands in stores, build strong relationships with store personnel, and ensure in-stock shelves and displays. You will drive product orders, execute promotional displays, and support seasonal launches with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires daily store visits, driving a personal vehicle, and lifting up to 25 lbs with occasional heavier moves.

Formación

• 18+ years of age with a valid driver\'s license in the state of residence
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive, professional attitude and ability to work independently
• Must be able to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations with valid insurance
• Physical requirements include repetitive lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25–35 miles of Bloomington, IN (primary); Martinsville, IN as a secondary location
• Schedule requires open availability including at least one weekend day
• Start time is 7:00am

Responsabilidades

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plans are followed
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management
• Uphold safety and physical requirements of the role, including lifting and moving product
