Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo and Chips Ahoy! to life in stores.

You will build relationships, stock shelves, set up displays, and place product orders via iPad/Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions and visibility. Ideal candidates have a positive, professional attitude, ability to drive to multiple stores within 25-35 miles of Dekalb, IL, and physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Strong customer service and professional in-store presence.
• Must be able to drive to multiple store locations and have reliable vehicle.
• Physical capability for lifting, bending, and stocking shelves.
• Experience in retail or grocery merchandising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily store visits to execute merchandising standards.
• Capture display photos and ensure in-store visibility per plan.
• Stock shelves and maintain in-stock conditions for shelf/display.
• Place orders via iPad to replenish stock using Salesforce.
• Build relationships with store personnel for effective execution.
• Implement promotional displays in line with RTM plans.
• Follow RTM schedules and prioritise coverage across locations.
• Support seasonal product launches and merchandising events.
• Communicate store insights or issues to RTM/management.
• Perform duties safely, including lifting and moving products as required.
