Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United States seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands to life in stores. You will stock shelves, set displays, place orders via iPad, and maintain in-stock conditions while building strong relationships with store personnel and shoppers.

You will follow RTM plans, support seasonal launches, and report store insights to management, all while adhering to safety guidelines and physical requirements of the role.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently.
• Able to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence as the face of the brands.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant, handling physical tasks like lifting and moving products.
