Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks to life in-store. You will build relationships, stock shelves, and execute displays while ensuring products are in stock and properly presented.

Your role involves direct store engagement, order placement via iPad, and collaboration with RTMs to follow promotional plans. Applicants should be comfortable with physical activity and driving to multiple locations in MA.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license for the residing state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or obtain GED while gaining skills.
• 1-3 years of retail or consumer goods experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure planogram compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety by handling lifting and movement of products.
